Do we offer consignment insurance?

Yes, we do offer consignment insurances. Whether it’s fragile goods, notebooks, tablets, or general goods, we cover it all. Call our customer support to know about the exact fees according to your shipment.

Is parcel insurance mandatory?

No. It’s not but to ensure that your package cost is recovered in an unfortunate event of damage or loss, we recommend it.
If your package has a higher value, whether being shipped domestically or internationally, that’s when insuring it would be a sensible choice.

Does ATM International Courier Services charge for insurance? What are the charges?

How Do I submit a claim for my lost or damaged shipment?

Send an email to ATM International Courier Services to settle any claims. If you are sending your claim directly to the carrier, it won’t be processed.

What compensation is provided?

There is limited compensation for damage or loss. It is according to your selected service of transport, destination, etc. To know more, please contact customer care.

What do I need to submit my claim?

You need to provide us with the following documents to process the claim.
– Take your letterhead and put the details like shipment, airway bill number, and claim amount in it.
– A document from the receiver stating that they have not received the consignment or received a damaged one.
– Commercial invoice copy.
– Airway bill copy.
– Packing list copy.
– If the shipment arrived damaged, we would need pictures of the inner and outer packing.

How long should I wait before filing the claim?

Claims should be filed within 4 days from the shipment date. For high-value goods, please file your claim 3 days after the shipping date.

Is there anything the receiver needs to do when receiving a consignment?

It is advisable to check if the consignment is damaged. In case it is, take pictures immediately. They would be required for claim purposes.

What are the different situations where claim can be filed?
