Do you provide packing service?

Yes. We provide packing services at almost all of our locations. Kindly specify your requirements in detail while contacting customer care.

Do you provide door-to-door pick-up service?

Yes. We pickup packages from almost ALL parts of the world, whether it’s a door pickup or any other. Please contact us by filling out a form or call on the number provided to know about the pickup charges, if any.

Are custom duties charges included in shipping charges?

Custom duty charges are NOT included in shipping charges. These charges are confirmed by the customs officer when your package reaches the destination country. Therefore, it’s not possible to provide it during the shipping time. These charges are dependent on your package’s weight, type, content and more. How much are the custom duties?

According to the Indian custom laws, custom duties are around 35% of the value fixed by them. They are calculated at the custom port.

Which destinations can we send couriers to, with ATM International Courier Services?

Whether it’s domestic or international, we can ship your order to multiple destinations. To know if we cater to your destination, please fill up the form on our website with details and we will get back to you within 20 mins (on business days).

What happens after booking a courier with us?

Is ATM International Courier Services legally registered?

Yes. ATM International Courier Services is a registered private company with the Business Registration in India.

What are the list of products that cannot be sent with ATM International Courier Services?

Does ATM International Courier Services provide air and ocean freight services?

Yes, we do provide these services. For an accurate quote on your order, fill up the form on our website with details about your shipment.

How soon do I need to book my order for pick-up on the same day?

You can book your order for pick-up on the same day anytime between 10 AM to 6PM.

Can my shipment be picked up and delivered on the same day?

Yes. That’s what we offer as a part of “express service”. But call us as soon as possible, like early morning, to book your pick-up.

Is there an order collection time frame? Can I choose as per my convenience?

Sure. You can choose your collection time between 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Can I arrange the order collection date in advance?

Yes. You can arrange the order pick-up date a week in advance. Mention your details in the contact form on our website, providing accurate specifications of the order.
In case you need help with organizing your shipment, please mention the details to our customer support team.

When will my shipment be collected by the courier?

Your shipment can be collected anytime during the day between 10 AM to 6 PM. It also depends on your requirement and shipment details as well.
Though we can give you a fair idea about shipment collection or delivery time however as couriers work during odd hours and may get early or late at times, we may not be able to give you the exact time.

What if my courier doesn't arrive for pick-up?

First thing, contact us directly as soon as possible. Second, decide if you wish to rebook shipment pick-up. It can be booked for the very next or whatever date/time you wish. Cancellation can be done as well if you prefer.
In case if the shipment pick-up did not happen because of customer error, ATM International Courier Services may add a surcharge in order to cover the additional courier expenses.

Can shipments be tracked?

Yes. Shipments can be tracked. You can get real-time updates of your shipments. You will have full visibility of your shipped order. In case there is any delay or problem with the shipment, you may call us or the carrier immediately.
You can easily track the shipment from the “Track Your Order” option in the website menu. In case if your carrier is not listed there, do call us immediately and our customer support team will be happy to help you.

What is the difference between shipment tracking and tracing?

Order tracking and tracing are the same. They provide you with the same shipment tracking information.
Tracking gives you the current status of your active shipments that helps know where they are simultaneously.

How to track shipment status during transit?

You will be provided with the airway bill number, also known tracking/shipment number and sometime, consignment number, after booking the shipment. This number helps in tracking the order. Visit the “Track Your Order” option on the website menu.

What does it cost for a courier?

The cost depends totally on the shipment specifications like weight, size, etc., and also its destination. Other factors like the mode of transport selected vehicle, distance from your pick-up point to the destination.
